Eight ministry teams made up of students, faculty, and community and people give direction to the day-to-day witness and work of Christus Rex. They are Worship, Education, Interpretation, Resource Management, Presence, Building and Grounds, Center for Faithful Leadership, and Mutual Ministry.

A Coordinating Committee (comprised of the ministry team chairs) and Executive Committee offer coordination to the work of the ministry teams and care for personel matters.

Leadership is at the heart of the church as well as this campus ministry. We feel that this leadership system exercises the gifts of students, faculty, staff, and community people for creative envisioning and implementation of ministry.
